What is covered by the warranty?

We offer a 5-year limited warranty on all our products, ranging from our sofas to our accessories. Our warranty covers all defective parts not related to consumer-caused damage or modifications. Please note that we will send you the defective parts only: the warranty is not an exchange of the whole module.

 

This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not limit or replace, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Under the Australian Consumer Law, goods must be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match their description. If a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the nature of the failure — even after this voluntary warranty period has expired. Your consumer guarantee rights do not have a specific expiry date.
