How does the 100-night trial work?

Cozey offers a 100-night home trial to allow customers to evaluate the mattress. If a return is requested:

• Cozey arranges pickup
• The mattress is collected from the customer
• A refund is issued once the product is received and inspected to ensure there is no customer-caused damages or modifications. A refund will then be issued 3-7 business days after to the customer.

The original mattress packaging does not need to be kept for a return and will not impact the refund amount.
